Cold Motor Stumbling on the Start
Thermostat Housing is made from Billet Aluminum and has
2 sets of AN ports to accommodate your needs. If you use size #10 water
lines you can simply block off the #8 holes and use the #10's. If you use
#8 lines you can simply block off the #10 holes and use the #8's. The
housing has an internal bypass to let water flow return to the radiator instead
of the motor to keep from overheating. Another key feature of this housing
is the inability to install the thermostats backwards which is done by making
one side of the housing deeper then the other making it impossible to install
your thermostats backwards and overheat a motor. This housing uses 2
thermostats to reduce the risk of overheating due to a faulty thermostat.
